Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team within the travel industry. This remote position based in Greece offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients across various locations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel planning process. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent client support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms. Handle inquiries, bookings, and feedback related to travel services promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate client records and document interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve client experiences. Stay updated on travel industry trends and company offerings to assist clients effectively. Candidate Profile: Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in client relations, preferably within the travel or tourism industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. Residing in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece to take advantage of the remote working opportunity.
