Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat. Effectively addressing inquiries and resolving client issues, always aiming for a positive outcome. Maintaining accurate records of client communications in our database for effective follow-up. Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate efficient problem resolution. Remaining knowledgeable about our products and services to provide informed support to clients. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a valuable advantage. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A strong problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to assist clients. Tech-savvy with a quick ability to adapt to new systems.
