Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering outstanding customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Effectively handling client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly. Documenting client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and effective client solutions. Staying informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. What We Are Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
