Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding client support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. Address inquiries regarding products and services, delivering accurate information with a friendly demeanor. Effectively resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in our CRM system for improved service delivery. Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to enhance knowledge and support quality. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer support or service roles is preferred. Excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to handle challenging situations. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is beneficial. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
