Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator for Social Media to be based in Greece! This position includes a paid relocation package, offering you the chance to work in a beautiful Mediterranean country while ensuring a positive online experience for users. As a Content Moderator for Social Media, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content, ensuring that it aligns with community guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content on social media platforms in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation practices and efficiency. Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and social media engagement. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or social media management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-starter with the capability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
