As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the TikTok community by reviewing and moderating Dutch content, ensuring it meets community guidelines and fosters a positive environment for users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate content created by TikTok users in Dutch, ensuring it fits within our community standards. Classify and assess various types of content based on established policies and guidelines. Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to keep the platform safe for everyone. Provide insights on trends and user behavior to help elevate moderation strategies. Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance and streamline moderation processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest community guidelines and policies to ensure the highest quality of moderation. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for consistently applying guidelines. Strong communication skills to articulate moderation decisions and feedback effectively. Ability to deal with sensitive content professionally and with empathy. Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a bonus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new adventure in a different cultural setting. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative remote team.
