As a Content Moderator, you will ensure user-generated content in Dutch aligns with our community standards, contributing to a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Evaluate and classify content based on established policies and standards. Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to appropriate teams. Provide insights into content patterns and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to further develop and improve moderation processes. Stay informed about company policies and updates related to content moderation. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and tact. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
