Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Content Reviewer to join our friendly team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Content Reviewer, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our online community remains safe and enjoyable for Dutch-speaking users. Your Role Will Involve: Reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Dutch to make sure it aligns with our community guidelines. Assessing and classifying content based on our established policies. Identifying and reporting any inappropriate content to the relevant teams. Providing insights into content trends and user interactions to help improve our moderation strategies. Working closely with your teammates to enhance overall content review processes. Staying updated on policies and procedures related to content moderation and community standards. You must be fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), English is a plus Experience in content reviewing or similar roles is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail is key as you’ll need to apply guidelines consistently. You should feel comfortable handling sensitive content with care and professionalism. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools would be a plus! A willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new culture.
