This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to help Dutch-speaking clients with their travel and booking needs, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with the booking process, including modifications and cancellations to their reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with other teams to ensure swift resolutions to complex customer issues. Stay informed about the company's services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with empathy. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools. Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new culture and work environment in Greece.
