Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, complete with paid relocation to the stunning country of Greece. As a key player in this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel and booking requirements for an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Communicate with customers in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries and provide assistance. Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed. Resolve issues related to bookings, offering effective solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for proper record-keeping and quality assurance. Work collaboratively with team members to swiftly address complex customer issues and improve service delivery. Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus. Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills along with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer complaints professionally. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
