Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably within an international or multicultural environment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new culture. A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
