Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home appliances through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and service requests. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements. Stay updated about the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially in the technology or smart home sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support practices. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. A genuine interest in smart home appliances and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
