In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users of advanced diabetes management technology, helping them live healthier, more confident lives. The Project: Life-Changing Support You will support a global leader in Diabetes Care. This project focuses on high-tech medical devices, including Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and insulin delivery systems. Your mission is to provide technical and empathetic support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their life-critical devices are functioning perfectly. Your Daily Impact Patient Guidance: Assist Dutch-speaking users with the setup, synchronization, and troubleshooting of their medical devices and mobile health apps. Empathetic Problem Solving: Listen to patient concerns regarding glucose readings or hardware issues and provide calm, clear solutions. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify software bugs or hardware malfunctions and escalate them to technical experts when necessary. Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards of data privacy and medical reporting, ensuring every interaction is documented according to healthcare regulations. Work Model: The Best of Both Worlds This is a Hybrid position based in Porto, Portugal. 2 Days On-Site: Collaborate with your team at our modern, high-tech hub in Porto. 3 Days Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of working from your home office. Full-Time Only: 40 hours per week with a stable, rotating shift schedule. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level fluency in Dutch and a minimum of B2 English. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a high degree of empathy. Experience: Prior experience in customer service or the medical field is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training! Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning how to use and troubleshoot medical hardware and smartphone applications.
