Strategic Investor Relations: Manage complex inquiries via digital channels regarding portfolio management, trade execution, and wealth-building tools. Onboarding & Advisory: Guide users through secure account activation (KYC protocols) and help them set up automated investment strategies. Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve friction points within our mobile and desktop trading apps to ensure clients always have market access. Financial Clarity: Translate complex market mechanics and asset classes into clear, professional, and actionable advice. Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records in our CRM to ensure high-quality service and regulatory compliance. Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2) of Dutch is mandatory. Professional English (B2) is required for global team coordination. FinTech Aptitude: A strong curiosity for Neobanks, capital markets, and the digital economy. Communication Skills: The ability to explain intricate financial concepts in a user-friendly and accurate way.
