Description
Do you love being on camera and know how to keep an audience excited? We are searching for lively Russian speakers to host our international live video streams right in the middle of Bucharest. In this role, you will be the main star of our interactive online shows. It does not matter if your background is in acting, public speaking, or working at nice hotels—we have a full training program to teach you how to host on camera and work with studio gear. The Main Goal: Presenting Great Live Shows As an on-screen presenter, you are the person who connects our live studio with viewers around the world. Your main task is to make sure the audience has a fun and high-quality viewing experience. YOUR MAIN TASKS Studio Hosting: Lead and present fast-moving, interactive online shows inside a modern studio setup. Talking with Viewers: Chat with Russian-speaking viewers to build a friendly, professional relationship and keep them coming back to watch. Looking Your Best: Follow basic rules for your clothes, grooming, and work habits so every show looks professional and neat. Learning the Tech: Learn how to use our modern video software and broadcast tools (we will show you how to use everything). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Language Skills: You must speak Russian perfectly (as your main language or at a near-native level). You also need a basic level of English (B1/B2) to talk with your team. On-Camera Skill: You are naturally good at keeping people interested and staying happy and full of energy during live video streams. Work Hours: You are fine with working a 24/7 rotating schedule, which means your shifts will include days, nights, and weekends. Work Permits: You must already have the legal right to work in Europe (like an EU passport or a valid residence visa). Past Experience: Having worked in theater, public speaking, or high-end customer service is great, but a great attitude on camera is what we care about most. SALARY AND JOB GROWTH We offer a great job package in Bucharest to reward your talent and help you move up in the company: Pay and Cash Extras: A good monthly base salary plus extra cash bonuses based on how well your shows do. Health and Protection: Full private medical and life insurance that starts on your very first day of work. Moving Up: Clear chances to get promoted into jobs like studio manager, senior producer, or tech director. Workplace: Work with a friendly team from different countries inside a modern, high-tech studio in a lively part of the city. FULL HELP WITH YOUR MOVE We take care of your moving details so you can just focus on getting ready for your job on camera: Paid Travel: The company buys your plane ticket to Bucharest. Free Living Space: You will get a private room in a nice, fully furnished apartment when you first arrive. Settling In: We give you full help with local tax papers, registrations, and getting used to the city.
