You will handle inquiries from corporate clients regarding their travel arrangements, providing high-quality support in both Dutch and English. Your Responsibilities: Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat from Dutch-speaking business travelers. Assist with bookings, cancellations, and modifications of flights, hotels, and car rentals. Navigate travel software and internal databases to provide accurate information. Proactively solve travel-related issues (e.g., delays or itinerary changes) to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, upholding the standards of a premium service provider. Requirements We value your attitude and language skills above all else. While previous experience in customer service or travel is a "nice to have," it is not a requirement—we provide full training! Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and an upper-intermediate level of English (B2). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens and learning new software quickly. Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complex travel scenarios. Location: Willingness to work on-site at our modern office in Sofia.
