You will be the voice of a famous business travel platform, helping professional travelers get to their destinations easily and safely. The Role: Helping Business Travelers As a customer advisor, you do more than just answer phones. You are a problem solver who handles questions from business clients about their trips, giving high-quality support in both Dutch and English. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Handling Requests: Answer incoming phone calls, e-mails, and chats from Dutch-speaking business travelers. Managing Trips: Help clients book, cancel, or change their flights, hotel stays, and rental cars. Using Software: Work with travel programs and company databases to find and give correct information. Fixing Travel Problems: Quickly solve issues like flight delays or schedule changes to make sure the client has a smooth trip. Staying Professional: Be kind, patient, and professional to keep our service quality high. REQUIREMENTS We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need past experience in customer service or travel because we give you full training! Language Skills: You must speak Dutch at a native or near-native level (C1/C2). You also need a good middle level of English (B2) for company communication. Communication: Great speaking and writing skills with a friendly, polite tone. Computer Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer screens and learning new software quickly. Calmness: The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle tricky travel problems. Location: Ready to work on-site at our modern office in Sofia.
