As a Travel Management Consultant, you will use your problem-solving skills to deliver elite support in both Dutch and English, helping travelers navigate international itineraries and unforeseen schedule changes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow As a Customer Advisor, your daily operational duties will include: Multichannel Communication: Responding quickly to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms. Itinerary Management: Handling end-to-end travel logistics, including reserving, modifying, or canceling flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars. Database Navigation: Working with advanced global distribution systems (GDS) and internal corporate software to retrieve and deliver accurate travel information. Disruption Management: Handling real-time travel emergencies—such as cancellations, delays, or missed connections—to minimize impact on the client's trip.
