Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work fully remote from anywhere in Greece, supporting Eneco's customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat from a remote location. Assist customers with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about Eneco’s products, services, and industry developments. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utility sector, is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while working remotely. Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and digital communication tools. Reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work. Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
