Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Eneco, a leading energy company. This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Eneco’s Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat, working remotely. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service processes. Stay informed on Eneco’s services, energy market trends, and company policies. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or utilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment. Proficient in using CRM software, digital communication tools, and computer applications. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic setting.
