Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Luminus, a leading energy company. This role is ideal for Dutch-speaking individuals passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Luminus’ Dutch-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat channels while working remotely. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support. Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery. Stay updated on Luminus’ products, services, and relevant industry trends. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficient in CRM software and various digital communication tools. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
