Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Pluxee, a dynamic and innovative company. This remote role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience and service processes. Stay informed about Pluxee’s products, services, and policies. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
