Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Proximus, a leading telecommunications company. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and issues related to Proximus services, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with inquiries about telecom products, services, billing, and technical support. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Stay informed about Proximus services, updates, and industry trends. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
