Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece supporting a leading streaming service provider. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with subscription inquiries, technical issues, and general service questions. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay current with product updates, streaming platform features, and service policies. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
