Mercier Consultancy MD is inviting applications for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent position, offering remote work from Greece. This role provides a competitive gross base salary of 1646 EUR per month. As a Customer Agent, you will deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions promptly. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service roles, preferably remote, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software and communication tools.
