In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with top-tier support and assistance in the fast-paced world of online gaming. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and live chat. Guide customers through our iGaming platform, offering insights and answering questions about games and promotions. Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and feedback purposes in our CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for faster resolution. Assist in the continuous improvement of customer support processes and policies. Stay informed about industry trends and changes to effectively assist clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or gaming industry, is a strong asset. Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and iGaming platforms is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
