REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
