In this position, you will engage with Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your responsibilities will also include identifying sales opportunities and contributing to our growth strategy. If you are passionate about helping customers and have a talent for sales, this could be your perfect next career step! Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer care or sales is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team. Results-driven with a strong motivation for personal development in sales and customer service.
