Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Delight representative for Social Media based in Greece, with paid relocation! This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and customer engagement. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support while creating delightful experiences for our Dutch-speaking community across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers on social media channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Create and share engaging content that encourages interactions and strengthens our online community. Monitor social media trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and promotional campaigns. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or social media management is preferred. Strong communication skills with a knack for engaging with customers online. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM systems and social media management tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the new cultural experience.
