Your Role as a Brand Expert Expert Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls regarding sales, aftersales, and product inquiries from the Swedish market. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical questions and help them maintain their premium appliances. Logistics Management: Resolve delivery-related questions and manage inquiries coming through the brands sales platform. Who You Are Language Skills: Native or near-native level of Dutch (C1/C2) and a professional level of English. Communication: Exceptional listening skills and a friendly, "customer-first" attitude. Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but full training is provided.
