Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team in Sofia! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to our Dutch-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality support and solutions. Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvements. Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about our products, services, and industry best practices to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus. Proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer interaction.
