We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our Dutch-speaking customers. This role offers you the opportunity to engage with clients, assist with their inquiries, and contribute to their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries effectively, ensuring customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend solutions to improve service delivery. Collaborate with the team to share insights and feedback regarding customer trends and needs. Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and best practices in customer service. Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is desirable. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools. Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
