Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our team, offering the flexibility to work remotely from Greece! This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients wherever they are. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while enjoying the convenience of remote work. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring comprehensive records for follow-up. Assist clients with product-related inquiries, account issues, and general support requests. Proactively engage with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery and address common challenges. Stay up-to-date with product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed responses to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and various digital communication tools. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and helping customers. Comfortable working independently while being a part of a remote team.
