Position Format: This is a 100% on-site role operating out of our contemporary, centrally located corporate office in Lisbon. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the brand. Your mission is to elevate standard support interactions into positive, lasting brand moments. Multichannel Assistance: Manage incoming requests from Dutch-speaking consumers across phone, email, and live chat platforms regarding product attributes, warranties, shipping, setups, and purchases. Technical Troubleshooting: Attentively listen to customer concerns regarding home appliances and electronics, diagnose the core issue, offer straightforward solutions, or liaise with our technical repair network. Information Management: Precisely log and track all customer communications, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM platform to ensure flawless case tracking. Brand Ambassadorship: Develop an exhaustive knowledge of the company's product catalog, innovations, and philosophies, embodying them with genuine care and professionalism. Skill Development: Engage in ongoing, compensated training programs to keep pace with new item releases, technical updates, and advanced service practices. Essential Criteria: Language Proficiency: Native or near-native (C1/C2) command of Dutch, coupled with a solid business proficiency (B2) in English. Location Flexibility: Currently living in Lisbon, or entirely prepared and legally permitted to move to Portugal independently. Interaction Style: Exceptional spoken and written communication talents, characterized by a patient, resolution-driven, and customer-first mindset. Digital Competence: Highly comfortable utilizing computers, multitasking across various software applications, and adapting to new digital platforms. Preferred Extras: Previous background in customer service, contact centers, retail storefronts, hospitality, or technical helpdesks is a plus, though not required. A genuine curiosity about smart home ecosystems, personal electronics, or contemporary kitchen and home appliances. HOURS & WORK SCHEDULE Structure: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Shift Hours: Rotating rosters scheduled within a daytime window of 07:00 to 17:00.
