Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, complete with paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Dutch-speaking clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be the key point of contact, helping clients maximize their experience with our products and services while enjoying the sun and culture of Greece. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized solutions. Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and informative experience. Document interactions and maintain thorough records in our CRM system to facilitate customer follow-up. Proactively check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and support client needs. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide clients with knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential. Previous experience in customer service or a customer-focused role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and a good grasp of technology. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle and culture.
