Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading car company in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients by assisting with their inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding car products, services, and maintenance. Assist customers with product information, service appointments, troubleshooting, and prompt issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case updates in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Stay updated with the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide accurate assistance. Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service processes and customer experience. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Passion for cars and strong problem-solving abilities.
