Uphold brand values and quality standards at all times, contributing to a positive team culture and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes). A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology, and digital products, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex product information clearly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset and a natural ability to empathise and problem-solve effectively. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field within a consumer electronics or technology environment is highly advantageous.
