Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and customer concerns. Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends. Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred. Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
