Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role involves providing professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance-related inquiries, claims, and policy information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, claims, and policies. Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases and escalate as necessary. Stay informed of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Provide feedback to help improve the customer service experience. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
