THE ROLE
This Customer Service Advisor position is a real opportunity to play a key part in making Corston a success in Europe. Not only will you be genuinely passionate about creating a best-in-class experience for our customers, but you’ll also bring your excellent knowledge of the local home improvement industry to the role.
Your day to day will be varied: from providing insightful advice and friendly technical support to our customers, to supporting Trade (business to business) sales from start to finish, and seeking out and getting in touch with potential new Trade customers.
