Key Responsibilities: Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while striving for first-contact resolution. Provide thorough responses to questions, concerns, and service requests with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Work closely with different departments to deliver tailored solutions and improve customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and share insights with colleagues. Requirements: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; good command of English is preferable. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while still managing individual responsibilities.
