Provide constructive feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes, service quality, and the overall customer experience. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory. Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role is highly advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage, reassure, and assist customers effectively. Proficiency in English at a communicative level to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration. A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment suitable for remote work within Greece.
