Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, with the chance to work in the beautiful setting of Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries while ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services offered by Booking.com. Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and availability, while helping customers make informed decisions. Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking inquiries and feedback. Work closely with team members to ensure a collaborative approach to customer service and problem resolution. Stay updated on industry trends and Booking.com promotions to offer relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sector, is a plus. Strong communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. A natural problem-solver with the ability to handle various customer requests efficiently. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard software applications. Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment. A passion for travel and a desire to help customers create memorable experiences.
