Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Canon, one of the world's leading imaging solutions providers. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in Greece, where you will support Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance with their Canon products. Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Canon products and services. Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting assistance. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed support to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably with technology or imaging products. Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Interest in photography or imaging products is a plus.
