Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent based in Lisbon, with a competitive salary of 2000 Euro per month. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, enhancing their experience with our services and products. Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Provide information about services, facilitate order placements, and manage customer accounts. Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support possible. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues. Proficient in CRM systems and computer literacy. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
