Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and offering solutions. Assist with product information, order management, and account-related questions to enhance the customer experience. Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support and service improvements. Stay updated on product developments and promotions to provide accurate information. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is preferred. Experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions effectively. Proficient in CRM systems and general computer software. Adaptable and willing to work in a multicultural team setting. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
