Responsibilities Provide stellar customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to our products and services. Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and account management, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency, share best practices, and elevate the customer experience. Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to effectively manage customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency. Willingness to relocate to Greece, embracing a new cultural experience. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
