YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch in speech and writing.
  • Also have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing.
  • Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state.
  • Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace.
  • Are willing to continuously expand your skills.

Ideally you already have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) Social Media Support in our team you will:

  • Have a paid, extensive training about all things social media - like digital marketing, online advertising and more.
  • Deal with the customer’s various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
  • Analyse and measure success metrics and optimize ad placements so your customer will have a powerful, successful marketing campaign.
  • Constantly expand your knowledge of the ever-changing world of social media so that you are always up to date with new developments.
