This position offers a competitive salary of 1650 Euro per month and is ideal for dynamic individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to engage with Dutch-speaking clients from the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Ensure a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for positive outcomes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up. Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and improve service efficiency. Stay updated on product information and industry trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management skills. A desire to work in a remote environment located in Greece, along with a passion for providing quality service.
