This role involves delivering top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat related to products and services. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
